Incorporated in 2000 and currently has several thousand contracted patients. With many Primary Care Providers and large affiliated Specialty Providers, VC is a full-service group with provider agreements in place for all lines of care programs, i.e., Commercial (PPO, Covered California), Point of Service (POS), Seniors (Medicare Advantage, Cal Medi-connect), Medi-Cal and Medicare. We perform Immigration Examination with forms (Form I-693 forms and form N-648 Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions), Personal injuries (PI), Family and Medical Leave Act (FLMA) etc. We want medical excellence through perfecting the various elements of health care service, quality, and management.
